3) Chenile Area Rug:
Our Chenile Rug features fringe that carries your design and generous 3” hem fold over creates a heavier border to prevent curl up on the edges. It has a Soft surface and is woven in USA with luxurious chenille. The Top is Printed and our rugs come with an 2.5” fringe. Non Skid Mat option available.

Q: Will you send me artwork proof before printing my order?
A: No, we will use the artwork files you have uploaded. It goes directly into production after you place an order.
Q: What shipping method do you use for Free Shipping?
A: We may use USPS, UPS or FedEx for Shipping our products. All our products are delivered in 9-18 Business Days.
Q: Can you deliver my order before my deadline?
A: Please contact us and we will let you know if your deadline can be met. The minimum production time for personalized products are 5 - 8 Business Days.
Q: How many colors can you use for printing?
A: We use CMYK for printing, you may use any number of colors you like.
Q: Product washing instructions?
A: Our products are easy care. Wash on gentle cycle in cold water. Tumble dry on low heat. Do not dry clean.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: All orders are custom made specially for you. We do not accept returns. If there are any damages to your order, please send a picture to sales@wowimprints.com, within 7 days from delivery date. After 7 days, buyer assumes all responsibilities.
